Since 2013, we've been busy. We’ve done Happy's pop-ups across Northern Michigan, including The Little Fleet, American Spoon, and Beards Brewery. We’ve also gotten a second truck— with more to come soon.
We work with local farms and use mostly Michigan ingredients. We make everything that goes on our tacos and ferment our own hot sauces. A lot of work goes into our food before it comes out of the truck window, and we hope you can tell when you taste it.
