Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to read our blog. I know that you all have been on the edge of your seats waiting for the next entry. 

Everything has been going well for Drake, Drue, myself and Happy's newest employee, Britt.
Even though it's only been six months since my last post, many exciting things have happened:

1. As previously mentioned, a new employee has joined the squad. Britt, who has previous experience working in restaurants in the area, was and has continued to be a very valuable asset to Happy's. He joined us in time to help us get through, what many in the restaurant/food truck biz, call "Hell Week." Despite being more like two weeks, this is a suitable name as it is one of the busiest times of the year with all the people traveling for the holidays.

2. We have certainly been keeping busy. Not as many special events as during the summer, but we are still open for our usual hours at Beards Brewery and at Boyne Mountain four days a week. Also, we are now doing Beards' bar snacks, which include naturally fermented pickles, a bar mix and pretzel rods served with beer mustard. So, now you can get something delicious from Beards even when Happy's Taco Shop isn't there!

3. Quite possibly the most exciting news is that we now have our own home base. As of now, it's just being used as a place to park the truck and nothing else, but exciting things are happening and I'll keep you informed on details as they come.
